Oprah seems to have zipped from Tina Turner's Zurich wedding to the plains of the Serengeti.
On Twitter, the media mogul shared a photo of Mount Kilimanjaro and wrote: "On our way to Serengeti Safari."
She followed up on Friday with an Instagram selfie with longtime beau Stedman Graham, writing, "Hello African Plains .. #zebrawelcome."
AllAfrica.com reported that Oprah landed in Tanzania last weekend for a "private excursion," and she was expected to be in or around the Serengeti National Park for one week.
"It is going to be Oprah's private tour," Paschal Shelutete of the Tanzania National Parks told the site.
Meanwhile, Oprah will soon be back stateside. CBS announced this week that she has been booked to appear on David Letterman's Late Show - for the first time in eight years - on Aug. 1.
